The Pat Curley Detective Agency, Inc. is licensed, bonded, and insured in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and will conduct all investigations in accordance with Pennsylvania law.

We investigate questionable claims, and provide a full report as well as video documentation of a subject for the surveillance period. In many cases, providing this documentation to the claimant's representative can bring the case to closure.

If required, we follow up and testify before a worker's compensation referee. If you choose to prosecute criminally, our agency will provide experienced consultation as well as any necessary documentation and testimony.
